Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The food quality didn't impress, but the bustling local shops nearby provided great late-night snack options. Future guests should consider dining outside for a better experience.

The hotel itself was just bad, however it had very friendly and caring staff. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator.
Very small bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, a little disappointed.

The location was unbeatable, close enough to nearby restaurants, the holy mosque and the center.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Haram. The staff, especially Irfan, provide excellent cleaning service, keeping everything tidy. Nearby shops make it easy to grab late-night snacks!
The soundproofing could be better as noisy guests often disturb the peace.

The location was good and perfect, for example, a massive mosque was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Location is great, just a lekker stroll to the Haram! The cleaners are on the ball, super friendly, especially Irfan-what a legend! And those shops nearby? Perfect for late-night snacks!
The check-in process was a bit of a jol-reception staff really need to step up their game, especially after a long flight.

It was a COMFORTABLE experience.

The Standard Triple Room offers impressively spacious accommodations, easily fitting three beds, great for groups. Proximity to vibrant local shops ensures that late-night snack runs are easy.
The furniture in the room felt a bit dated, surprising considering the hotel's otherwise high standards. The bathroom lacked in hygiene due to yellow shower curtains. Noise levels from other guests were disruptive, affecting relaxation . Dining options within the hotel could use improvement, as the quality of food left much to be desired.

The hotel's lobby felt as inviting as a cozy living room, perfect for leisurely chats, with seating options that wouldn't tire out my old knees. Plus, the air conditioning was a refreshing blessing after a long day!
Improve the bathroom space for comfort.

Location was perfect for my holy jaunt-just a hop, skip, and a jump to the main attraction. But oh darling, the bedbugs and dirty toilets are charming touches I could have done without! What a delightful mess!

The location is great, just a short walk to the Haram, and the cleaning staff were very great. On the downside, the bathroom layout felt cramped, making it uncomfortable at times. Would recommend for anyone looking for convenience in the area.

During my stay for a visit to the nearby attractions, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which accommodated three beds instead of the two I booked. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to local shops for late-night snacks, and the working air conditioning helped maintain comfort. the breakfast service was a disappointment, as the staff did not communicate well about our included meal, leaving us frustrated.
